During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer C. Murphy determined that the driver was driving while suspended and was operating a vehicle with license plates registered to another vehicle. Furthermore, the driver also provided a false name to the officer during his roadside investigation. The driver, a 32-year-old male from Bridgeton, NJ, was placed under arrest, charged on a complaint summons for Obstructing Administration of Law (4th Deg.), issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was ultimately released on his own recognizance pending court appearance dates in the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack and the Emerson Municipal Court.
