While conducting motor patrol, Officer M. Martino initiated a traffic stop after an equipment violation on a vehicle. During the roadside investigation, it was determined that the driver, a 39-year-old male resident of Belleville, New Jersey, was operating the vehicle with an expired driver’s license and suspended driving privileges. Further investigation revealed the individual had (3) active ATS warrants for his arrest: Belleville Municipal Court – $300, Fairfield Municipal Court – $1,000, & Parsippany Municipal Court – $1,500. The driver was taken into custody without incident. He was issued a mandatory court date in Emerson Municipal Court for the driving-related offenses and was provided new court dates by the three jurisdictions related to his outstanding warrants.
