Lost prevention officers from a local retail store reported that their store was a victim of shoplifting on 6/04/25, totaling approximately $544 worth of stolen merchandise. With assistance from the loss prevention team who was able to obtain the fleeing vehicle’s registration, DSgt. D. Kearns developed a possible suspect, and after further investigation, was able to identify the actor, a 54-year-old female from River Vale, NJ. The absentee defendant was subsequently charged with Shoplifting (3rd Deg.) on a complaint summons with a pending court appearance date in Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack.
