While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz initiated a traffic stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was confirmed that the driver, a 38-year-old male from Hackensack, NJ, had (1) active ACS warrant from the Hackensack Municipal Court for Terroristic Threats. The individual was taken into custody, and turned over to the custody of the Hackensack Police Department.
