Officer Chichizola responded to a report of a dispute between a contractor and a resident. During Officer Chichizola’s investigation, it was learned that that the contractor, a 32-year-old male from Garfield, NJ, had an active ATS warrant from the Garfield Municipal Court for $1,000. The individual was issued a new court date by the Garfield Municipal Court and was released on his own recognizance without incident.
