While performing motor patrol in the area of Old Hook Road, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, PO Schwarz observed that the front seat passenger was not wearing a seatbelt. Officer Schwarz’s investigation further revealed that the front seat passenger, a 33-year-old male from Paterson, NJ, had (3) active ATS contempt warrants from Florham Park Municipal Court ($3,000), North Haledon Municipal Court ($750), Wayne Municipal Court ($500) and (1) outstanding ACS warrant from Paterson Municipal Court for $750. The individual was taken into custody, issued new court dates, and was turned over to the custody of the Florham Park Police Department.
