While performing motor patrol in the area of Forest Avenue, Officer T. Solimando effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple infractions.  During Officer Solimando’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 31-year-old male from Paterson, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from Passaic Municipal Court for $1,000. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date and was released on his own recognizance.
