While performing motor patrol in the area of Kinderkamack Road, Officer T. Solimando effectuated a motor vehicle stop for a traffic infraction. During Officer Solimando’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 23-year-old male from Paterson, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from Hawthorne Municipal Court for $750. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date and was released on his own recognizance.
