While performing motor patrol in the area of Kinderkamack Road, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple motor vehicle violations.  During the course of the roadside investigation, Officer Chichizola determined that the driver’s vehicle was displaying a fictitious temporary registration and the driver had presented a fictitious insurance card. It was also learned that the driver, a 32-year-old male from Passaic, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from Clifton Municipal Court for $500.  The driver was placed under arrest, charged on complaint summons for exhibiting a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance card (4th Deg.) and displaying a simulated temporary registration (DP) and was ultimately released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance date.
