While patrolling in the area of Kinderkamack Road, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for multiple traffic infractions. During Officer J. Chichizola’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 34-year-old male from Irvington, NJ, had an outstanding criminal body warrant from the City of Irvington. The individual was taken into custody, giving warnings for the traffic violations and was turned over to the Irvington Police Department without incident.
