Officer K. Cullen and J. Schwarz were dispatched to the above location for a report of a suspicious male party outside of a residence. The caller reported the suspicious male party appearing to be taking pictures of the Emerson Rehabilitation Center. The officers located the subject and identified him as a 44-year-old male from Trenton, NJ. The subject produced a NJ identification card and stated that he did not possess a valid driver’s license. Dispatchers at the Bergen County Public Safety Operations Center located an active ACS warrant for the subject out of Mercer County for failure to appear. The subject was searched, handcuffed and taken into custody for the above active warrant. While in police custody, it was believed that the subject appeared to have been suffering from a medical episode. The subject was transported to a local medical facility where he was medically cleared and transported to the Bergen County Jail to await extradition from Mercer County Sheriff’s Department.
