Officers J. Schwarz and C. Merkle spoke with a victim at Emerson Police Headquarters regarding a potential TRO violation. After a brief investigation, it was determined that the defendant violated the TRO. The defendant refused to respond to headquarters to cooperate with the investigation.  The 26-year-old male defendant was charged with Contempt of Court (4th) and Harassment (PDP).  The absentee defendant was charged on a complaint warrant and was issued a pending court appearance date.
