During the course of a motor vehicle stop roadside investigation, PO C. Merkle confirmed that the unlicensed driver, a 41-year-old male driver from Jersey City, NJ,also had two (2) outstanding ATS warrants out of Madison & Jersey City. The subject was arrested, given a new court date and released on his own recognizance
