The Emerson Police Department responded to call on the 400 block of Old Hook Road today regarding terroristic threats potentially involving with a weapon. A description of the party involved was transmitted to the responding units. Patrol located and identified the potential threat as per the caller. The building was secured and determined to be safe. The investigation deemed the threat not to be creditable and no complaints were filed by the Emerson Police Department. The Emerson Police Department would like to thank The Westwood and Hillsdale Police Departments for their assistance.
