While performing motor patrol in the area of Lincoln Boulevard, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for a traffic infraction.  During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 23-year-old male from Paterson, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from Scotch Plains Municipal Court for $1,500. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date and was released on his own recognizance.
