While performing motor patrol in the area of Ackerman Avenue, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 40-year-old male from Emerson, NJ, had an outstanding ATS warrant from Freehold Township Municipal Court for $1,000. The individual was taken into custody, posted a 10% bail option, was given a new court date by the Freehold Township Municipal Court and was released on his own recognizance after being issued multiple motor vehicle summonses with apending court appearance date in Emerson.
