While performing slow residential motor patrol, Sgt. B. Rizza observed a parked vehicle with its door ajar and a male party in the driver seat slumped partially outside of the vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that driver was driving while intoxicated. The driver, a 57-year-old male out of Emerson, NJ, was arrested, chargedand issued a pending court appearance date.
