It shall be the responsibility of the unit coordinator(s) to record all incoming traffic warrants for service. The unit coordinators are responsible for the dissemination and/or safe and proper service of such warrants on a daily basis. It will also be the responsibility of the warrant server to ensure the proper safekeeping of bail money, to record the taking of bail money in the “cash bail book” and to notify the Court Administrator of all warrant service. The unit coordinator is to report any issues regarding warrant service immediately to the Executive Officer. All Patrol Sergeants and OIC’s assist this unit in serving warrants as needed.
